COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

A Message from our Team

To Our Highly Valued and Respected Clients —

The health and safety of our employees and clients is paramount. We have been designated as an “Essential Services Provider” because professional tree care is deemed critical to the safety of the public. With the extensive “Stay at Home” orders currently in effect, we are extremely grateful to be able to provide quality, safe, and necessary tree services.

Please know that we have implemented Pandemic Response planning, training, and protocols, which include but are not limited to:

  • following CDC Guidelines and OSHA Guidelines;
  • the on-going employee training of proper personal hygiene;
  • disinfecting all trucks, equipment, and human contact points multiple times daily;
  • disinfecting all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including eye, ear, head, and hand protection, as well as employee uniforms;
  • maintaining a social distance of six-feet minimum while working on a client’s property;
  • restricting travel for both administrative and field members to not exceed our service area;
  • eliminating all visits to our office locations, thus allowing only immediate team members on site;

As an “Essential Service Provider,” there are key areas of our industry that have become critical to focus on during this time. These necessary tree services will continue to be performed:

  • PRUNING: Pruning tree(s) for deadwood or compromised branches (or high-risk equivalent) that could fall, especially in a bad weather situation.
  • REMOVAL: Removal of tree(s) that are structurally compromised or dead.
  • PLANT HEALTHCARE: Trees that are affected by foreign invasive pests and fatal diseases. The treatments required for these issues are time-sensitive, and a failure to administer them timely could lead to extensive damage or loss of value.

To read more information about professional tree care as an Essential Service, please read this Joint Statement from two leading tree care associations: the International Society of Arboriculture and the Tree Care Industry Association.

Stay Safe & Healthy!
