Pin oaks and river birch tend to be the most susceptible species of tree. Problems in the pH balance of the soil is most often the cause of chlorosis so any acid loving plant can be affected by chlorosis.

HOW TO IDENTIFY:

Chlorosis can be identified by looking at the leaves of a tree. The leaves of a tree with chlorosis will turn a lime green or yellow color with possible browning on the leaf edges.
